Terms and Conditions of an ETA 

1. To start submitting your application, the fees are paid in full and are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome.

2. The ETA takes normally 3 working days to be issued, it is recommended not to book the flight until you get the ETA. 

3. The ETA is valid for entering the UK multiple times, but you need to apply for a new ETA if you renewed your passport. 

4. In case there is any mistake in the visa issued by us, we undertake to provide an alternative visa to all travelers on that trip, and we also undertake to partially cover the costs of amending airline and hotel reservations, not exceeding one thousand dirhams per person, our responsibility is limited to the event of any mistake in the visa as it was mentioned in this paragraph.
